About Me

Hi, I'm Mohamed Atef, a Calisthenics Coach and Mechanical Engineer based in Ismailia, Egypt. My journey in fitness began as a young enthusiast captivated by bodyweight training and the art of mastering my own body. Over the years, I've trained myself and others to achieve remarkable strength, balance, and control, blending scientific principles from my engineering background with practical calisthenics techniques. I believe fitness is not just about lifting weights; it’s about understanding your body, enhancing mobility, preventing injuries, and building confidence. This philosophy guides everything I teach and every program I design.

How I Train My Clients

I provide personalized training programs that are tailored to each client’s strength level, goals, and lifestyle. My approach combines:

  • Strength & Skill Training: Focusing on progressive exercises to build fundamental bodyweight skills like Pull-ups, Dips, Planche, Front Lever, and Human Flag.
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Stretching routines, joint mobility drills, and warm-up/cool-down protocols to prevent injuries.
  • Progressive Programming: Step-by-step progression to challenge the body safely, improve strength, and develop control.
  • Nutrition & Recovery Guidance: Helping clients optimize macros, meal timing, and recovery strategies to complement their training.

I coach both beginners who want to start their calisthenics journey and advanced athletes who aim to master high-level skills. Every program is designed to deliver real results, keeping safety and proper form as top priorities.
